No you can't adjust amp draw, you can adjust voltage which is not necessarily the whole picture. Remember choosing lipos according to a specific amp draw of your selected system for your application....

It's the servo for sure you could run a CCBEC to power just the servo and leave the BEC inside the SCT system to power the lap counter and radio which IMO is the correct way to add a BEC for HV...
