The manual says you need the commander to change...

The manual says you need the commander to change it from something other then 1khz or 4khz. but then again, the manual isn't well written

GM SX9 Frequency Setup

I went thru the english portion of the manual several times and it states that without using the Commanger, you can change the frequency from 1khz to 4khz and back again. HOW? Is that what the #4...
