Well I got to run it on a track yesterday in my ofna, it worked out to be a great motor for indoor as well, on 2s its got enough to clear everything at trackside on only an 11t pinion, should be able...

I will check my ratio, as far as temps its really cold out so its not really a fair basis, but about 4 min of hard track running I was barley warm, say maybe 75-80ish. 42t spur, My fdr is 7.64

yes it was, I will post pics later, maybe a video. Anyway, one of my only grips was the wires were too long, not much of a grip but thats about it so far.

to rufus and guston, the 550 size motors are nice, but they lack some of the top end of a 540, where as the 540 lack the torque of a 550, hence a middle motor, more torque than a 540 and more speed...

i have been thinking about running this in pro4,

the big things about this motor is it is 4 pole and not 2 like other castle 540 size motors, the rotor is a lot longer than the standard 540 size...
