They wont come right off, but eventually if you do soem hard turning yes they will come off. You could try taping the tires to the wheels some how, or you can use foam tires but not if you're going...

Um you're probably not going to find pre-glued tires or I dont think ones that aren't glued even exist. But I know losi carries pre-glued tires but they dont have chrome rims just a solid white hub....
