Yes it is hard to roll because of the 4 pole magnets being a lot stronger. Its amazing how much more magnet you have in the 4 pole vs the older 2 pole Castle motors.

To me it seems like the neutral is not set correctly. I would throttle to 100% and brake to 100% and run thru the setup programing again. Make sure the throttle trim is set to 0 and that you don't...
