Not compatible at all. The truggy will use the micro sct or rally parts other then chassis, body mounts, wheels, bumpers, etc the noticeable parts you can see. So you will be fine using aftermarket...

I think the tacon motors are no smaller then 1/18 scale. Ik some have ran them using the dp chassis conversion to run the 1/18 size motors on the micros.
