Internal Ratio is 2.4375, not sure what you mean by 5.3 but this place has some cool ways to work various things out. Hope this helps.

Thats right the Cyclone S comes standard with plastic shocks, they seem to work fine though. You can of course upgrade them with aftermarket alloy ones. :)
