Just wanted to note that this setup caused me some glitching, so I went back to a standard cap in the receiver. I will try the regulator next.

Sorry that's NOT a fix, both myself and my good friend have experienced this issue with FAAST systems, if the BEC drops voltage it doesn't matter what system you are using.
