What motor is it? Post it up we'll let you know. Just so you know the XL-5 ESC has thermal protection. So if you do over heat the ESC it will shut it's self down untill the temps are safe to run...

I guess you havent seen the 17T REEDY motor that comes in the SC10 RTR! I watched 3 people smoke either motors in the first race.... straight out of the box!
