A good location for sure will not be cheap. But...

A good location for sure will not be cheap. But the good location is the draw IMO, and about the only thing that would make this place different from the half dozen other tracks distantly surrounding...

Find one of those mini malls with an abandon Kmart and open the RC mecca. On road, Off road, and an indoor flying zone. :)

If it existed I would race there. :nod: It would be the closest track to me by far. I live in the city and drive 1:15 minimum to get to any decent indoor or outdoor offroad track. Palatine area...
