The MMP has a built in BEC.

the novak motors are physically larger, and *should* give better bottom end , but with a 5400/3s and the proper gearing, you shouldnt be wanting for anything...

The micro pro is definately a bargian, $120 for the motor/esc on tower ($35 cheaper than mongoose). Unless your looking for top end, you may want to look into the 5400kv combo, that motor is a tourqe...
