whoops, i thought that you meant the on road track,
the off road track is in there, and you can run on it, but i dont think theres any organized racing on it just yet..

yep, its open, the first points race for the season is this sunday, the 23rd.
also , you can practice up there anytime you want.

the race place only has a couple dirt tracks, the onrad track is at perfect slot, take chestnut from 65 highway, turn right on pythian, cant miss it.
