Try sliding your rear hub carrier back all the way, it puts a lot more weight on the front wheels especially just free rolling.

I run the Tebo 2013 set up as well but with a few changes. I run 55front and 40rear shock oil in the car, it really settles the car down and jumps more consistently at various speeds and conditions....
