I would have to agree. They were better than the original kit pins but not the updated ones. The best pins are the ones you cut from tool steel. Mine have taken a lot of abuse

it should have the updated pins but it's a good idea to buy spares or cut your own because even the new ones will give way a bit but itll take a really solid clip on one of the arms to do it.
