Instead of just buyin the case. Buy 2 new XXL diffs.... they have the HD cups in em and aluminum housings. You'll have to use your original center driveshafts tho, the XXL are longer.

I run them on "The Dude's" 23mm hex, they give me another inch of width and make the truck much more stable with these tall tires. He turns down...

Your bulheads are just worn out and 2mm screws are smaller than the stock 4/40, that would explain it.

You need 3mm screws, they are a touch bigger than the 4/40
