Protek 150S servo with Rx 8 in a truggy question

Running an RX8 G2 and just picked up a Protek 150S servo in an ET48.
Should I run 6 volts BEC or 7 volts? And why? What would pros and cons be?
Currently on 6v, just don't want to hurt the servo
