Generally 0.03mv/cell is the way to go. Thats as low as the CDC will go, but the futaba might go lower. You can adjust it based on the temperature of the cells when they peak.

On the CDC it should continue charging past 3800 even if its set to 3800, it will continue until the cell is peaked.

On the Futaba, not sure sorry.
