It's a small irritant. It's not that big a deal,...

It's a small irritant. It's not that big a deal, but it's kinda heavy and rather clunky and it makes the already not all that long set of power leads just that much shorter.

So you're saying it's just a connectivity issue...

So you're saying it's just a connectivity issue with a computer for software updates? Would that be the only issue......connectivity with a PC?

Is the ferrite bead on the power leads really neccessary?

Can it be taken off.....and if taken off, will it hurt anything?
