esc + motor + servo + reciever = 650 gram
Battery: 582 gram
Difference (650-582) = 68 gram.

I would try this:
1. try less toe in rear
2. Stiffer rear springs
3. thickere rear sway bar.

To see about the centerdiff was making noise and i also think it is there now.
