I'd bought the 1.3x8's and these bladders to go in it and they were already there

I just got my MP9e from Amain. it seems to have come with the 1.3x8h white pistons and also the HD shock caps. seems odd doesn't it?

What is the reason for the medium shock tower and short rear shocks? Why wouldn't you run same as the nitro? Is it the weight of the engine of a nitro placement?
