They mugen shafts are 89.5 and the RC8B3 are 93.5 . Not sure if they will work with the D815.

Indoor setup

M2c shoes

M2c clutch shoes are machined to be used without that nylon shim. Remove the nylon shim and see if that helps.

Gearbox shims

I finished building the front end last night on my kit.problem is the gearbox shims I had to leave them out so it would turn smooth and not feel notchy. Any of you guys have to leave them out too?
