WTH, I'll give it a shot next time (scotch brite). I do mostly smaller bodies so any surface mars are more noticeable since its a macro scale. But it was this lexan specifically that gave me issues.

Use 1000 grit sandpaper (anything less fine...

Use 1000 grit sandpaper (anything less fine leaves marks you can see in the final surface). Wash and clean with warm soapy water.

Maybe its just this batch or the factory this particular model...
