I think the reason is the electric. I think Spashett wants to stay at Orion(He has his own Engine-label), and Corally have their own Batteries and Motors. So he chose the Team with only a car.

Because in the German Forum Uwe Rheinard wrote that Spashett had much better offers, concerning the money, same like Marc, but he is a verry loyal Person....
