I'm going to be converting my SC5m into a T5m, got the chassis, cradle, body posts, and front axles on the way. Is there anything I should look out for or be wary of with doing the conversion?

I had that problem to, my pinion gear selection is from a few brands and noticed some pinions are thinner then other. The thinner ones don't rub, guess I have to get thin pinions now.

That's odd, I ran my SC5m on outdoor clay with a ball diff and came 3rd at the West Aussie state titles a fortnight ago.

I'd say it'll just come to down to the driver and the car setup.

I run on large outdoor clay, I think the fastest time with 2WD SCT is like 28.6seconds or something like that. My PB is 29.4 seconds. I average 30-31 second laps with 10 laps per race.

The instructions are great, I think I just got a bit of a lemon kit. Everything that B5M specific was there. I've got a TC5, TC6, and a SC5M, on top of my B5M, so a number of spares (mainly scews)...

Yep, they are on an angle, the Xerun brushless has easily removable plugs to the poles, so if the motor blows no soldering is required to swap the motor.

It's fine, I do my wire lengths without a pinion on and the motor as far away possible from the ESC. There is actually some slack in it.
