I have a 20 lb car.
BACKGROUND:
It will have 6 motors (trackstar 21.5 Turn, 1855KV)

Will have an ESC for EACH motor (35 amp ESC)
One 5000mAh Turnigy 2Cell 20C LiPo to power 3 motors each

QUESTION: Will there be any overheating issues? how long do you guys think it may run for?

Current setup sounds like a fire waiting to happen, I think a lot more info is needed. You can run a 25 lb 1/5 off of one motor and a few batteries, you just need correct one.
