BTW the + increases RPM, the - increases torque.
Thats the thing tho, there is nothing connected to it. each motor is connected to a wheel, so no gears involved. however in this case, there is no load on the motor and its getting hot af. im controlling it with arduino. I have another motor wil runs perfectly fine, no heat. the other motor, it gets too hot to hold (nothing connected to it so i used my hand to keep is up)

i found the problem, i need one of the motors to b reversed so i switched 2 wires while in sensored mode. according to a few helpful people in this fourm, that seemed to be the problem. im also using an arduino


my next problem is to find out how to get 100% reverse :/ they r telling me to get a programming card. but what does a programming card so? if i know how a programming card does it, i can replicate it using the arduino or something
