Turnigy nano-tech Ultimate 4600mah 2S2P 90C Hardcase Lipo Short Pack (ROAR & BRCA Approved)

I heard this battery pack is good enough for decent use

That battery will be more than adequate for what you want to do.

Nearly all servos are digital these days. The step up from digital is now brushless but again, for what you are planning for the car, most servos will work fine.

Mark,

I found one servo suitable for my bmax2,

TrackStar TS-920 Digital 1/10 SCT/4WD Buggy Steering Servo 66g / 13.1kg / 0.07sec

I have another question.

I have Futaba T3PL tx, with R2004GF rx, should be able to use 7.4V servo, right ?

The servo gets power from the esc via the rx so that's what determines the actual voltage going to the servo. Most esc's put out 6v and most 7.2 servos work fine on that.

As for the servo linked above, I personally would never use one and I don't personally know anyone who had tried a hk servo and not replaced it with something better, usually in short order, but that being said, it could get you started. You will probably want a low-profile servo for that buggy though to help fit the other electronics in.

1) Motor KV, they should just make it easier for everyone to understand, which is RPM (revolution per minute)

2) I don't quite understand on the sensor/sensorless motor/esc......

I remember 25 years ago, i used Novak ESC with 1200mah SC battery, 13 turn Reedy green dot motor.

When the battery is about to flat, it will cause some glitching, which makes our buggy jerk a bit.

So, what does this sensor do ? Can you explain in a more simple terms ?

In the simplest possible terms and in one sentence, the end result is that a sensored motor is smoother.

For less simple/more technical, take another look at the link above.

Hi Mark

I noticed sometimes the transmitting signal will get lost.....between the buggy & the transmitter, will get back after about 1 seconds

Is it the ESC too hot ? will it cause the ESC to temporary "cut" off ?

Is the transmitter lost of signal strength ( not possible in this case )

battery in the transmitter is good power

What are the possible other reason ?
