What are the best tires (tread pattern etc...) for bashing on street and grass? I have a sc10 with what looks like goosebumps(?) and it has no traction on grass. Thanks

Grass will always be somewhat slippery and any tire that will work well or even just "better" on that will wear out very quickly on asphalt. Your best bet will be one of Proline's all-terrain tires. There's a good review of those tires here: http://www.bigsquidrc.com/rc-reviews...c-tire-review/

I was just going to suggest the PL Trenchers, but I see that is the point of the review in the link. I can say they are great on the street for an SC truck, OK in most other places and they do last. It is not a tire that will win a race at the track though, but that is not what you are looking for right now.
