Try Turnigy Nanotechs. They are pretty thin but long. I would take measurements of your battery tray though to be more accurate. Most sites will give you the dimensions of the battery so you can get an idea.

Side note...lol you don't have to say, "thanks Steve," all the time. We know it's you. It's not a big deal I just feel like I'm reading an email or something Lol. Please take no offense to that I'm just one of those people who notice little things like that.

Keep the questions coming though man. We're here to help.

Did you measure the battery tray? I'm not all too familiar with 1/4 Indy, but that could answer your dimension question on whether it will fit or not. A 3s 3300maH 25c is fine dependent on what you are doing. Racing, I don't think a 25c is enough for a 1/4. I would look for at least 40c. Now just for my own interest is your car all electric or gas powered with a receiver battery I it?

Depending on the dimensions of the tray, you might be able to run four 1s packs in series. Two long by two wide would be around 20cm long by 10cm wide. They are less than 1" high, right around 2cm high.

ok, what I was thinking of would be too big then. It would be roughly 7 3/4"L x 3.9"W x 3/4"H

Maybe two of these new block style batteries could work. If you put them side by side they would be 5.4"L x 3.6"W x 1"H. Might need to modify the battery compartment, if that is possible, to accommodate the wiring as well.

Seems like a small pack for a 4 foot long 1/4 scale car. Granted I'm sure the Indy body limits packaging space. Any idea how much it weighs? Any info on the motor and speed control?
