http://www.usvintagetransam.com/rules/index.html

It does say what the chassis requirements are. "Any 1/10 4wd or FWD sedan with 4 wheel independent suspension." For example, any of these are valid: http://www.amain.com/index.php/cPath...uring-Car-Kits

Motor is any ROAR-approved 21.5 turn motor with the stock rotor installed. Start here: http://www.roarracing.com/?page_id=251 Press CTRL-F (or whatever your browser's search key is) on that page and search for "21.5". Use any of those listed.

If you're asking for which motor is the most popular, everyone who comes in here will suggest a different brand. Just pick one from that ROAR list.

And if I may suggest; some punctuation will make your posts easier to read and understand.

I think you should head on down to the track you're planning on running and see what classes they have and see what equipment everyone is running.

I can't really say about the Hobbyking ESC, but I really like the Killshot motors.
