Baseline settings for LRP Flow Team/Reedy Sonic 7.5T Modified

Can anyone recommend good baseline settings for the LRP Flow Team using a 7.5T motor? Want good performance but don't want to worry about overheating. Just waiting on the soldering iron to arrive so I can get this Reedy Sonic/LRPFT combo installed

Many of Associated's setup sheets include the ESC settings if that driver was using a LRP ESC at the time. Since your sig would make me beleive this is going in an SC10, here's an example: http://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/ca..._Due_SCSD3.pdf
