The only things I can think of are:

1) You are not meshing correctly.
2) Your motor is moving after setting mesh (this can be from impact or whatever). Try some lock washers on the motor mount screws.
3) Your slipper is not set correctly (too tight) and you are shocking the drivetrain when you land off a jump and you're on power.
4) Your spurs are not round. Check mesh at several points around the spur and make sure it's even. No tight spots or loose spots.

I honestly think ur correct on the impact part cuz once I hit a impact it strips. Do they have longer motor screws? Or will Lunsford motor screw b better? I jux bashed it hard at 23/76 jux to see if it will happen again but it didn't. Also what u mean by round spurs?

Longer doesn't necessarily equate to better. Plus they can be too long and hit the internals of the motor. Just get some 3 mm lock washers and try that.

By round spurs, I mean they are not out of round/egg shaped. On some spurs you can set mesh and rotate the gear slowly and see the mesh change from one section of the gear to the next. Hence, not perfectly round. Or the center hole can be slightly off-center resulting in a gear that appears to be oblong when checking mesh.

Could it be bent topshaft or motor output shaft?

Yeah it is the impact. I have my own slash 4x4 and I go through about 3 Spurs in about an hours driving.

I had an engine mount very similar with a hairline crack. Stripped countless spurs!

On these traxxas gear case there is flex and when u drive hard the motor will move from torque or just regular use.. Nothing can fix this but a different trans (gearcase).. like a rpm or another brand .. I would go thru many spurs b4 I switched mt gearcase. then no more..http://www.rpmrcproducts.com/shop/tr...-2wd-vehicles/

Could be you don't have the screws holding the motor thread locked. The motor will vibrate itself loose. Your slipper clutch should not be locked all the way down. Make sure it is backed off half a turn. You want to be able to hear it for about the first 3 feet.

sounds like chassis flex somewhere, original RC10GT was notorious for stripping spurs because they flexed at the motor mounts
