Default Body Mount Question

I have a SCTE. The body mount are adjustable and I was wondering is this just to lift the body or so you can fit different kinds of bodies on it?

It's basically to be able to adjust the body (any body) as low as it can be without it rubbing on your tires under heavy cornering and upon landings.

To keep the center of gravity low, you want the body mounted as low as you can. However, you also don't want it rubbing on anything, as tires rubbing on the body will affect handling greatly. So, being able to move the body posts up and down gives you flexibility to find that sweet spot.

Seriously. It is a great answer. It is very well related. I know Mark felt that after he read it too. I raced with him years ago and he's always been a good guy. I know Mark meant no harm by keeping his answer short.
