Default HPI .15 fe

i took the engine apart and i didnt notice at first that there was a hole in the side of the piston. dose it go on the intake side or the other? i have taken engines apart a few times but have never seen this before

The hole should line up with the intake port .

by the way how fast is the .15fe star engine?

i have the 15fe star engine, but the pullstart spring keep braking off.
it comes with the RS42 RTR kitt and its been on the self for a long time.

the box is too big to carry around.
