Size-wise, those should be Ok but speed-wise, they are glacial. They are a landing-gear retraction servo for planes with specs so slow, I doubt you'd get around the track. One of the more popular low-profile servos for car use is the Futaba 9551.

I have had good luck with this one

I have used it in an SC10 and a B44.2 with good results in both. its pretty quick and has decent power, used it for about 2 seasons so far and its still going strong never had any problems.

The only thing to be aware of with a Savox servo is that some combinations of those servos and radios have brownouts and there isn't much room for glitch-busters or an external BEC on a F1 car.

Spektrum DSM1rx + full sized Savox servo and no glitch buster rx cap or external BEC = near guaranteed brownout.
Some ESCs put out enough power to the rx for even this combo to not be an issue though.

The Savox 1251MG isn't quite the power hog that it's standard sized brothers are. Used them for the past 2 years. 1 year while using Spektrum DSM2 receivers and had no brownout issues, just interference glitching issues at some larger races, that had nothing to do with the servo though. Now I use Airtronics. No issues ever.

I have a futaba 9551 in one of my cars(XRAY T4). Savox 1251MG in 3 of my cars (XRAY T4, T3'12 and XB4). The Futaba servo feels maybe a little bit smoother, but that could be because it is a little slower and less torquey. For the price, Savox does the job very well.

This one is reasonably fast and small. It should work well in your application.
