ESC and Power Supply question

Hi guys, I have two questions if you don't mind helping me with. First, I am looking to put a nice small sized ESC in my Tamiya Mini 05, Can you guys recommend a decent not too pricey one for me? Last, I am also looking into a power supply, also not too pricey? Thanks.

Are you looking for a brushed, or brushless esc? I know a lot of people with mini's that run in TCS that use brushed. That's why I ask.
