Default MIP x duty cvd removal

Hi there. I have a stampede 4x4 and installed mip x duty cvd's recently. After a test run i've noticed that one of the back wheels doesn't seem to want to turn and is slowing down the truck. I took a look and noticed that ive installed one of the cvd's with the spline facing downwards, not upwards like it's supposed to be. However, when I try to remove the cvd pins they will not budge. I suppose that after the test run they worked themselves into place. How can I remove them??
