Fully charged voltage for a lipo is around 8.42 volts. If your charger shows you, just make sure that the amperage is slowly dropping from 5 or 6 amps (whatever it started at), and slowly ends around .2 or .3 amps.

If you see 8.45 volts or more, and are still charging at 6amps... you might have an issue. But 8.40 isn't fully charged yet.

+1 on that. Whatever you do, don't let it charge past 8.42, you will ruin the battery and it may catch fire or explode.

Default Charging

Most chargers will only allow the voltage to get to 8.4v for a 2c lipo when charging in lipo mode. Some chargers however, do allow the voltage to go slightly higher. The amperage will slowly decrease after the max voltage is reached. If your charger isn't doing this, then there is something wrong.
