Anyone have the right formula for mixing Simple Green?

Half and half, then add a splash of methyle hydrate. (Maybe about 5% of total volume...)

Aat least, that seems to work best for me without destroying/clogging the spray bottle too quickly.

If you mean for a tire cleaning tub, I’ve seen everything from a few squirts to 50/50. I think most of the mortal guys like me that want the foams to last a while tend towards a few squirts, still helps quite a bit. At least a couple of the big time drivers I know, who don’t worry too much about tire life, use 50/50 or so.

I've generally just used water without any additives with plenty good results for tire cleaning. Only on particularly gunked on stuff, or when I need to get a really good clean to repair some tire gluing, do I usually worry about cleaner. But, I'm also usually on either entirely blue groove with almost slicks or on soft loamy indoor dirt that will pick up on the tire quick anyway.
