Default Brand New - I know nothing

Hey Folks - never owned an RC car so I just bought one the other day. I like to tinker with real cars but the wifey won't let me lower her RAV4 (just kidding) so I needed something to keep me busy. I picked up a Slash because I figure to be more of a basher then a racer out of the gates. I'm interested in learning everything about this car and look forward to future modifications.

I'm the kind of person that is looking forward to breaking this thing so I get the chance to fix it.

Point me in a direction - good to be here!

If your Slash is 2wd, you'll want to start your reading here: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...sh-thread.html

If it's the 4wd one, then this thread is for you: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...x4-thread.html

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome TerraBull
Dude I am totalty the same way. Breaking A arms is half the fun of this hobby. What I used to do when I was stationed overseas I would take my cars to a park or a parking lot of somesort and send up a flag to bring the other bashers out! Good luck man. The Slah with some RPM parts and you can bash all day long!
