Storing Lipo Batteries

Storing Lipo Batteries
I'm brand new to the world of Lipo.
Just bought three (40c 5000mah) Batteries. How do I store them when I'm not at the track?
Are people putting them in the freezer? Is it better to have them fully charged?
Any info would be great help.

around 80% charge is good, I keep mine in my lipo bag in the garage.

Supposed to keep them at what they call a storage charge- something like 70 or 80%. Check with your documentation on that, and most good four button type chargers will do it for you. Supposed to keep them in a lipo bag for safety.
With me, I don't discharge, as I race nearly every week. I know which batteries are up or down or in between. Leaving them with whatever charge for a couple weeks shouldn't be to big a deal- hasn't been for me. For storage my choice is a US Military .30 cal ammo can. A .50 cal would be even better, but I get .30s really cheap.
