Default motor break-in volts?

just wondering how much volts do u use to break-in a stock motor and for how long?

Well, when I have access to a buddy's Turbo30, I like to do it at 1-3 volts for about 2-5 minutes(the longer times for the lower voltages) depending on how pressed I am for time. But if that's not available, then I'll just use a 4 cell battery(around 4-5 volts or so) for 1-1.5 minutes, that seems to work ok.....

recommended from Big Jims motor book is 3 volts for 300 seconds
