Default RAGING

Im angry as hell
Just got home fromt the shops with a nice new VENOM pro charger plus.
got it out of the box, read the instructions, plugged it in and.... nothing.
no power no display no little green led light on power supply.
VENOM you FAIL!

Ahh...You have learned an important lesson...When it come to chargers and batteries...Brand means nothing...

This is just what happens in this hobby some times. You plug something in and it doesn't work.. It happens and it doesn't matter what company it is... It just happens some times.

Contact your hobby shop and see if they will replace it for you or if they want you to contact Venom direclty. Venom's customer service is great to work with and will take care of your issue quickly.

Also, double check all your connections and that your power supply is working and providing enough power to the charger.

There have been this type prob with these chargers and Venom has been standing behind them. Either contact LHS or Venom directly and see which would be quicker in getting you a working charger.

Haven't had any problems with my Venom Chargers or batteries!!! Sorry to hear. A guy at work has had a fe chargers and motors not work but most of the stuff was names I never heard of.

its all good now. took it to my LHS and he was happy to try it out.
turns out it was a faulty kettle cord. easy fix
