Curious I've been looking around and wanted to know of any good online retailers that have a good selection of bodies for the Tamiya TT01 at a good price.
Good price being cheaper than the manufacture's price.

Im located in NYC, USA.
So preferably an American retailer

I got my bodies from either http://www.tamiya-model.com which is a 3rd party site that has other brands than just tamiya or http://www.tamiyausa.com for my TT-01. I havent been able to find tamiya bodies anywhere for cheaper than their prices. Tamiya USA gives you the mnfctr price and Tamiya Model is a few bucks less but sometimes doesnt have stuff in stock and shipping to the states is through the roof
If you are running like 6mm offsets to give you a 200mm wheelbase you can get hpi bodies from http://www.towerhobbies.com for cheaper

Ah thanks guys for those recommendations

I checked out tamiya-model.com , they looked good with good prices until i saw it was form HK and the shipping brought the prices back over manufacture's...
Shame.

speedtech looks good, dont think they have the body im looking for though.
I might just need to order it at manufacture's price.

Are bodies interchangeable between models? I have a TT01, are there any limitations such that I get a body from a different brand or that doesn't specifically say "for TT01 chasis" ?

Does anyone order from amazon?

I believe the TT01 is a standard sized 190mm touring car meaning any body labeled as for 190mm touring cars should work. It's a pretty universal size.
