Good pairing? Motor/ESC

Hey guys,

Just wanted to get your thoughts on:
LRP SXX "Version 2" Competition Brushless ESC
Team EPIC D3 "Monster Horsepower" ROAR Spec Brushless Motor (13.5T)

I would like to race 1/10th 13.5
would this work?

Good Combo

That would be a good combo... You can not go wrong with the D3 motor, they are great and have tons of power. Run very cool as well...

I am partial to Tekin ESCs myself, but I have some LRP ones as well and they both work very well. That would be my first two choices at this point. The Viper ESCs look interesting as well.
