i run a rc8b e electric associated, the car is super durable, and you can run the ever living p-zz outta it and it seems to hold up well and keep its line,, the losi has a lot more steering and better handling only if you are smooth with it, which the losi does not suit my driving style, im floored, full brake, floored kinda driver

a lot of ppl that win races at our local track run the rc8b

agama has a car
jq the car
team losi 2.0
team associated rc8b
hot bodies
ofna hypers
xray

you have a lot of choices, just get whatever your local hobbystore carries

Yes the Associated buggy will be a milder car on the track compared to the Losi buggy. The Losi buggy is an edgy car and likes to b driven hard and fast. There are other ones like the Hot Bodies car which I had and handled more like a 1/0th scale buggy, but downside is the car's drivetrain wore out quite fast. There are other buggies like the Mugen MBX6 which is nice and handles well but is an expensive car. It depends on your driving style and what car will be a better fit overall. I drove other cars like the Losi and Hyper 9 and very responsive cars especially the Hyper 9 and its short well base. Then you can get into other cars like Kyosho car and pay way to much for them IMO.
