i just recently bought the blue lipo 2s 30c 4000mah hard case from hobbypartz and im pretty happy with them. They are very well balanced and have good power, they also provide me with good run times. I will def. be buying from them again only ill probably upgrade to 5000mah when i do so.

I have quite the collection of lipo packs from Orion, Zippy/Turnigy, Trakpower, Polyquest, Venom, Intellect, Blue Lipo and SMC and gotta say I love them all. No problems what so ever.
The only pack that has caught fire for me was a maxamps 3S 60C pack that I used for my 7700kv TA05.. I stay away from maxamps. It was a waste of $100+.. was replaced by a turnigy 40C for under $25 and have not had a problem since.
