Smile New to all things RC & looking for some help!

Hello,

I'm looking into buying my first Nitro RC car soon and I was just wondering if anyone could provide some help...

I've never used a nitro RC car before I've only had small electric ones that were never really powerful enough for me and now I've finally got some time on my hands so I'm looking into starting a new hobby, hense me typing to who ever is reading this...

I really have little knowledge on the subject and all I can say is that i have a budget of about £200 (Might be able to push £250) to get started and I really don't intend on racing or anything like that (just yet) so I wont be wanting too serious just yet...

Many thanks in advance,

Tom

Tldr; New to nitro rc, budget of £200.. Where do I start?

If you just getting into it I would reccomend an electric truck.
the traxxas stampede vxl is fast and fun, waterproof, 2.4ghz, they barely break, and your LHS should have parts for it.

To be shipped to the UK it'll be $383.50 so thats still about £250 and I'd really rather not push my budget
