Default OFNA Hobao St 1/8 Truggy...why is everyone selling them?

Most of these I found in the for sale section and I was wondering why many are getting rid of theirs.

How durable are these?

I have a RC8B on the way but was offered a Hobao St 1/8 Truggy roller for about $200 already converted minus electronics...

Are spare parts commonly available ...worth a project or should I keep my $200 for extra goodies in the RC8B?

Hold on to the two yards. Tires and fuel, good servo's and puff it's gone. But the ST is a good rig to start in the truggy class. Be careful, this hobby will melt any credit card in no time. Have fun.

All I need to know is the durability of the ST on a scale of 1 to 10 basically...

Not a bad truck. but if all you are going to do is bashing, then go for it. I know the part support on line is fairly good. bash away. if you dont like it, you cay regift it and maybe get your money back.
