Toe-IN: More stable, less turn in Steering.
ZERO Toe: Stable, neutral handling.
Toe-OUT: Slightly less stable, MORE turn in Steering.
Most applications should not vary more than 1 degree from either side of Zero Toe.

Torque steer could be part of it... it's was a problem with the RS4 3's.

how do I fix that?

You can't fix it. Torque steer is created by the shaft drive. When you apply throttle or brake the shaft either starts spinning quickly or slows down quickly which makes the car wander slightly. AE put alot of work into there TC3 and NTC3 to try and fix it but I doubt you can cancel out the effect completely. Adding toe-in as pops said will help lessen it's effect, also try and free your drivetrain up as much as possible.
